Inside Cuba: Unveiling Resilience and Hope Amidst Crisis
Recently, I had the opportunity to journey to Cuba with my son and sibling, as part of an initiative to “Aid the Cuban People,” in line with the US Government’s policies. The general consensus among the locals was that Cuba was experiencing one of its most challenging periods in recent history. Having previously visited the nation twice before 2013, once as part of an educational delegation and once to bolster the arts, this transformation was stark. I also had prior experience leading a private school and facilitating student excursions to Cuba, alongside hosting visiting artists.
